At WavCast, we strive to provide a high-quality IPTV service. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue a refund.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, our subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, the service is considered consumed. We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions that are canceled mid-billing cycle.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Major Service Unavailability: If our service is completely unavailable or non-functional for an extended period (e.g., more than 72 consecutive hours) due to a fault on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that period. This does not include downtime for scheduled maintenance.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same subscription plan twice for the same account, please contact our support team immediately. We will refund the duplicate charge.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We will not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You are dissatisfied with the channel lineup or the content available. We encourage you to review our channel list before subscribing.
  • Your internet connection is not fast or stable enough to stream content properly. A minimum stable internet speed of 25 Mbps is recommended.
  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
  • You experience occasional buffering or freezing, which can be caused by various factors outside our direct control, such as your internet speed, network congestion, or device performance.
  • You have violated our Terms of Use, resulting in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of the transaction you wish to have refunded. Please provide your account details and a clear, detailed explanation of the issue.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Services after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
